All I ever wanted to be was a cook. Cooking has been in my family all my life. Before I even went to school, I knew how to roll pastry. Cooking has been my passion for 25 years. I have been able to call it my profession. To this day I am still excited by food and I am constantly reaching out to gain further experience and knowledge.
I jumped at the chance to be involved with foodie fusion as the opportunity to learn from such a diverse array of cultures doesn’t come along very often. In return I hope to be able to use my knowledge and ability to give space to others and together we can build a platform to demonstrate all our strengths.
