I grew up playing around the aromatic rich cardamom spice plantations, black pepper, cinnamon, tea in a state called Kerala, India.
I loved my childhood as we cherished food, every food was prepared using home grown produce and ingredients are processed at home or local mills such as oil, turmeric, spices, vegetables were organic. Now I know the value of organic food cooked using grandmas’ recipes.
As part of bringing up my children and lot of local socialising I created fusion in my recipes,
I am excited to be part of the Fusion food team, to contribute exotic food to our local people who will be able to relish the authentic healthy recipes.
